Pet Lover

Perimeter Pest
- Add 8 treatments of perimeter pest prevention to any fertilization package. We spray the perimeter of the houses foundation 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet away from the foundation to help prevent creepy crawling insects/bugs from entering the house. Done at the same time as your regularly scheduled fertilization treatment.
- Our approach to pest control is to keep them out! If they never make it into your house, then you don’t need more invasive solutions to get rid of the creepy crawlers.
- We apply a chemical barrier to the outside foundation of your home that repels the insects from getting in your house in the first place!
- Our targeted application controls many bugs/insects, for example, ants, spiders, earwigs, centipedes, etc and many more.

Liquid Aeration
- Add a Spring Liquid Aeration treatment to your program!
- Liquid aeration uses a combination of products that includes, but not limited to: BioChar, Humic Acids, Sea Kelp, micro nutrients, and a few other items. These nutrients penetrate the soil and help drive water down to 12 inches deep which help drive root development.
- With liquid aeration the soil structure is split at a molecular scale, allowing for deep penetration of water; roots will, in turn, follow, making nutrients available that were previously unreachable by the plant.
- The goal of aerating a lawn is to get more oxygen, water, and nutrients into the root zone. Improving the aeration within the soil is especially beneficial to lawns that are growing in clay or compacted soils.

Seeding
- Allow moisture, air, and nutrients to more thoroughly reach the roots of the grass.
- We use the highest quality seed available and specific to our area. Our Turf Type Tall Fescue seed is coated with an industry leading armament technology that helps the seed establish itself once germination takes place.
- If you are interested in reseeding a lawn we apply seed at 8-10 pound per thousand square feet.
- If you are interested in overseeding your lawn we apply seed at 4-5 pounds per thousand square feet.
Grub Control
- Minimum of $49.50 per treatment
- Grub Damage is easily preventable with knowledgeable staff and the correct team of professionals on your side!
- Grubs feed in the root zone of the turf, which ends up killing the grass if left untreated.
- Grub Control is applied during Round 3 (May-June). We believe so much in our product and trained staff, that if you still get grub damage after our preventative treatment, we will retreat your property and complete any repairs that need to be done at no cost to you.
Fall Lime Application
- Minimum of $87 per treatment
- Lime is applied to your property to balance out the pH levels of the soil.
- Tree’s in the Pine/Spruce family, even oaks, can leave your soil acidic. Lime treatments are important to help balance out the soil and allow your lawn to flourish.
- Lime is also recommended if you have moss present in your lawn as moss only grows in acidic conditions.
Clay Soil Program
- Our clay soil program is specifically designed for new build communities that had topsoil stripped off the land in order to construct new build homes.
- Our proprietary blend of chemicals, nutrients and locally produced/sourced organic biochar was developed to remedy our clay soil issue plaguing many Indiana communities.
- Multiple applications are necessary over-time to begin correcting the issue and grow a thick lush lawn.
